 Fulshear is the best of country
living with all the advantages of
city life. Cross Creek Ranch where
Polly and I have just moved to in
March of 2009 is a beautiful master
planned community that has a focus
on being eco friendly. The Fulshear
area has several communities to
choose from such as; Cross Creek
Ranch, Weston Lakes, Firethorn and
Fulbrook, to name a few. There are a
wide variety of reputable builders
to choose from if you are wanting
new construction such as; Kickerillo,
Trendmaker, Perry, David Weekly,
Village Builder and others. Fulshear
is serviced by the Katy Independent
School District and Lamar
Consolidated Independent School
District, both excellent school
districts. There is so much to do in
Fulshear, from a wide variety of
restaurants, and shops, to local
gatherings. Fulshear has a tradition
of Fulshear Friday Nights. On this
past Fourth of July Fulshear had a
country parade and in the fair
grounds there were booths of all
kinds, and also a fireworks display.
On Friday night October the second
there was outdoor movie night
featuring Madagascar 2 which the
kids truly loved. Coming up Friday
night December 4th is called A
Hometown Christmas. There is going
to be an old fashion country parade
of lights, various events and booths
in the fair grounds. This is truly a
down to Earth city and we just love
being a part of it.

CROSS CREEK RANCH
Cross Creek Ranch is one of the
newest Master Planned Communities in
the Katy/Fulshear area. We recently
move to Cross Creek Ranch, and who
better to serve you in Cross Creek
Ranch than your neighbor who is on

Cross Creek Ranch. Cross Creek Ranch
has so much to offer, from the
slower paced country living to the
easy access to I-10 and the West

woods, lakes, creek beds and
prairies which are all accessible by
an extensive network of walking
trails. Fulshear Creek Crossing also
boast of having its own vineyard.
There are plenty of amenities such
as the Lodge which is the social
center for the community.
FULBROOK
Fulbrook sits on the high side banks
of the Brazos River. It is a
beautiful community with dense
woodlands, mature live oaks, native
grass prairies, and historic pecan
tree orchards. Adding to the natural
beauty there is also Bessies Creek,
Fulshear Creek, two natural oxbow
lakes as well as several ponds. With
Fulbrook sitting on 1,036 acres the
developer has capped the number of
homes at 480 and over 200 acres set
aside for conservation areas. Due to
the size of the homesites, residents
living in Fulbrook an atmosphere of
country living.
WESTON LAKES
Weston Lakes is a master Planned
Community just west of Fulshear. It
is a beautiful community with a lot
of huge old trees. Weston Lakes has
a very nice Country Club and an
outstanding golf course. Weston
Lakes is a gated community with a
security guard 24/7. It is a very
peaceful community with a variety of
home styles and prices. It is a
tight knit community where everyone
waves to one another.
